NEW MOLD BLOCKS

We are proud to inform you as a visitor to our website, that CME Inc. has the necessary equipment and the know how to supply your firm with new mold blocks for your corrugated products used in the automotive, aerospace, medical, appliance, electrical, and drainage industries. CME can supply mold blocks in tubing sizes 1/8in ID to 24in ID ( 3mm to 600mm ). Materials for molds range from all aluminum to aluminum /steel inserted or all steel. We offer hardening of steel inserts and all steel molds as well as hard coating for aluminum sets up to 6in ID. REPAIR AND REWORK

If you are in the corrugating business, then you know all to well that accidents will and do happen. CME can repair your one or complete set of molds. We offer re-machining, profile re-configuration, welding of broken ribs, new exchangeable alignment pins and bushings. Also if your machine has top and bottom vacuum but your blocks are side vacuum, you know that maximum output cant be reached. We can change you molds to run top and bottom vacuum so you can reach your maximum output for higher production speeds. In addition we offer re-inserting of your existing mold blocks.
